Marcus King has been coaching adult strength and conditioning for ten years out of his own studio in Austin. His clients are mostly people who decided in their 30s or 40s that they wanted to be strong at 70 — and want a programmer who will tell them honestly what that takes. He works with about thirty clients at a time, in person and remotely.

What people say
Marcus got me back under the bar after a hip injury I was sure had ended my lifting. Fourteen weeks later I PR’d my squat.
Priya, 38
Return-to-lifting client
I came in wanting to look better and ended up stronger than I was at 25. The programming is honest and the work is real.
Daniel, 52
Hypertrophy client
Marcus is the only coach who ever asked me what I wanted to be doing at 70. That question changed how I train.
